All Sony battery type #5 are equal but some type #5 batteries are more equal than others

When Video Camera Kit Sony HXR-NX0U #3 was returned, the large type #5 battery in the camera was depleted.  Checking the charge of the small type #5 battery that had been loaned with the camera proved impossible in the camera because the grooves in the battery don't allow it to be installed.

Lessons learned: while small type #5 batteries may work well in the Sony HDR-PJ710V intermediate cameras, they can't be used in the Sony HXR-NX70U advanced cameras.  As medium type #5 batteries work in the Sony HXR-NX70U, try to loan only medium or large type #5 batteries with the Sony HXR-NX70U.
