Hey guys! Throughout my time working here I have seen many times that students will come in wanting to make copies using their printing allocation. As you all know, printing allocation cannot be used for copying - only printing. A quick trick that I've always used and maybe some of you have to, is to tell the user that they could scan their document for free and then send it to themselves and print it from another computer using the printing allocation. This is a quick and simple way around that problem when they don't have any flex money. So for those of you who have never thought of it, and some of our newer employees, remember that you can always give customers this option.
