Microsoft Project and saving Office files as PDFs

Someone asked for help with a Microsoft Project file today. Microsoft Project is not available here but is offered at the Lerner Computing Center in the lower level of Purnell. Lerner also has Minitab. This guy had Project on his laptop and wanted to print out the file. I thought of the "Save as PDF" option however it was not working on his computer.
