Education Resource Center Info

Hey guys! So I just had a patron call over the phone inquiring about our laptop loans. He had just given his personal laptop to IT to fix and was looking for a temporary laptop to use for the next couple days. Since our laptops are only four hour loans, I suggested that he check out the Education Resource Center. Since he was an off-campus student, he wanted to know the phone number and address so he could call ahead and see if their resources met his needs. I thought it would be helpful to post this information here for easy access should any of you need to direct others to the Education Resource Center:

    I'll have to find out what kind of transcription machines they have. I often get that request, and the solution I usually suggest is to checkout an iPad and load the free "Dragon Dictation" app and try that out. In my brief testing, the app seems to work better on the new iPad Airs than it does on the iPad 1s. Maybe a better microphone?
